  • TOP 7 cities – Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart
  • with closely interlocked neighbouring municipalities near Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich
Microlocations
  • Attractive inner-city locations with good supply chain infrastructure (restaurants, retail),
  • public transport connections (U-Bahn/S-Bahn) within walking distance
  • preferably within the extended city centre

  • Building rights from approx. 3,500 to 15,000 m² gross floor area
Building Rights
  • Residential building rights must be secured by a land-use plan (residential, mixed-use and core areas) or clearly documented as per § 34 of the German Building Code
