In Cologne-Ehrenfeld, one of the liveliest and most popular districts of the cathedral city, SAVVY is planning two locations. Only about 200 meters apart, both are centrally located and within walking distance of the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn station. Future residents will have some of the gastronomic and cultural highlights of the time-honored Rhine metropolis right on their doorstep – and will live in modern houses that blend in carefully with the existing development on site.
Located within walking distance of the Belgian Quarter, this project is the first SAVVY development in Cologne. The green belt as well as suburban and subway trains can be reached in just a few minutes. The development closes a construction gap and makes an important contribution to responsible and efficient redensification.
As a “cosmopolitan city with a heart”, Munich naturally fluctuates between serenity and dynamism, between a down-to-earth attitude and progression. With its unique charms, the Bavarian capital is one of the best cities in the world to live in.
We are planning our first Munich project in the direct neighborhood of the Werksviertel, the new trend district in Munich. Access to the Werksviertel is 50 meters away, and the Ostbahnhof is a seven-minute walk away. The property is also located directly next to a public park and thus offers the best relaxation opportunities.
